Exciting News to Share!

I'm thrilled to share that I’m now a certified Emotion Code and Body Code Practitioner! 🙌🏻  You might be wondering, what does that mean? 🤔 It means I've incorporated energy healing into my toolkit to help my clients achieve their happiest, healthiest lives. This method has profoundly transformed my own life. Here’s a brief explanation of how: 

A few years ago, while on leave from teaching, I was dealing with some tough health issues. Juggling chronic illnesses and stepping away from a career I loved left me in a rough spot. I was trapped in a cycle of stress, anxiety, depression, and various physical symptoms. My body and mind felt stuck, and I had no idea how to break free. Then, a friend suggested I try Body Code work. 

I found an amazing practitioner who worked with me regularly and even taught me how to do sessions on myself. The results were life-changing. I experienced significant improvements in my emotional and physical well-being, which inspired me to get certified so I could help others, especially those with disabilities—my favorite group of people to work with. 🥰
